The facility spans 338,967 square feet, including 151,772 square feet of raised-floor technical space, providing a highly secure and scalable environment for low-latency applications. The single-story steel-frame building features reinforced concrete construction and advanced flood-resiliency measures to ensure operational reliability in a critical infrastructure location.
