Project Overview
eStruxture’s TOR-3 is a purpose-built hyperscale data center strategically located in Markham within the Greater Toronto Area’s leading technology corridor, delivering advanced digital infrastructure for hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence platforms, research organizations, and enterprise customers. Offering 30 MW of critical IT capacity across approximately 93,000 square feet, the facility is specifically engineered to accommodate high-density computing environments, supporting rack densities exceeding 30 kW and providing the flexibility required for AI training, machine learning, high-performance computing (HPC), and next-generation cloud workloads. Powered by Ontario’s ultra-low-carbon electricity grid, which is primarily generated from nuclear and hydroelectric sources, TOR-3 enables customers to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of their IT operations while maintaining reliable, cost-effective power availability. The facility incorporates resilient N+1 power and cooling architectures, ultra-efficient mechanical systems, and direct-to-chip liquid cooling readiness to support the increasing thermal demands of modern GPU-based infrastructure. As a carrier-neutral campus, TOR-3 provides diverse fiber connectivity with direct access to TorIX and major Toronto network hubs, ensuring low-latency connectivity to cloud platforms, internet exchanges, and enterprise networks.
