eStruxture TOR-1 Toronto Data Center: Carrier-Dense High-Density Hub

Status: Fully Operational   |   Location: 151 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5J 2N1, Canada

Project Overview

eStruxture’s TOR-1 is a flagship, high-density colocation facility strategically located in Downtown Toronto’s vibrant media, financial, and technology corridor, providing mission-critical digital infrastructure for enterprises, cloud providers, content platforms, and telecommunications operators. Spanning approximately 54,000 square feet, the facility is engineered to support demanding workloads with power densities exceeding 30 kW per rack, making it well suited for artificial intelligence, high-performance computing (HPC), enterprise cloud environments, media streaming, and data-intensive applications. Designed with resilient N+1 power and cooling redundancy, TOR-1 delivers exceptional uptime, operational reliability, and continuous availability for business-critical infrastructure. As one of the most carrier-dense data centers in the Greater Toronto Area, the facility offers carrier-neutral connectivity with direct fiber access to Toronto’s primary carrier hotel at 151 Front Street West, TorIX (Toronto Internet Exchange), and multiple global cloud express on-ramps, enabling low-latency access to major public cloud platforms and regional network ecosystems. Flexible colocation options, including private cages, dedicated suites, and scalable deployments, allow customers to expand efficiently as demand grows. Supported by advanced physical security, 24/7 infrastructure monitoring, and energy-efficient operations, TOR-1 serves as a critical interconnection hub that enables digital transformation, hybrid cloud adoption, AI deployment, and high-speed connectivity throughout Canada and North America.
