EdgeConneX WAW03 Warsaw Data Center Campus: 12MW Hyperscale & Edge Hub in Poland

Status: Fully Operational / Active Campus Expansion   |   Location: Posag 7 Panien 1, 02-495 Warsaw, Poland

Project Overview

EdgeConneX’s WAW03 (EDCWAW03) facility is a key hyperscale edge data center located on the company’s Warsaw campus in the Ursus district of Warsaw, Poland, serving as a strategic digital infrastructure hub for Central and Eastern Europe. Delivering 10.8 MW of critical IT capacity with scalability to 12 MW, the facility is purpose-built to support hyperscale cloud providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), telecommunications operators, AI platforms, and enterprise customers requiring secure, low-latency colocation services. Designed to Tier III standards, WAW03 incorporates N+1 static UPS redundancy, resilient electrical distribution, and raised-floor forced-air plenum cooling to ensure high availability, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted performance for mission-critical workloads. The data center is engineered to accommodate high-density deployments and offers flexible colocation environments, including dedicated suites and custom-built pods that can be tailored to customer requirements. As a carrier-neutral facility, WAW03 provides direct, low-latency fiber connectivity to Warsaw’s major interconnection hubs, including the LIM Building and EPiX, Poland’s largest Internet Exchange, enabling seamless access to cloud platforms, network providers, and regional digital ecosystems. Managed through EdgeConneX’s proprietary EdgeOS DCIM platform, the facility benefits from real-time infrastructure monitoring, predictive operational management, and optimized energy performance, making WAW03 a critical platform for digital transformation, cloud expansion, and next-generation AI infrastructure across Poland and the wider European market.
