Khazna Data Centers’ DXB1 facility in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) is a foundational hyperscale colocation hub in the Middle East, strategically positioned to support the UAE’s rapidly expanding digital economy and growing demand for cloud, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical enterprise infrastructure. Delivering 16.97 MW of IT power capacity across approximately 5,800 m² of white space, DXB1 is purpose-built to host global hyperscale cloud providers, sovereign government platforms, financial institutions, and regional enterprises requiring secure, high-availability digital infrastructure. The facility is engineered with concurrent maintainable 2N electrical redundancy and N+1 cooling architecture, ensuring continuous operations, maximum uptime, and resilience for business-critical workloads. Designed to accommodate high-density compute environments, DXB1 supports AI, machine learning, and data-intensive applications while maintaining operational efficiency and scalability.
