Project Overview
Flexential’s Denver Data Center Expansion at the Parker Campus is a next-generation digital infrastructure facility designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance computing, cloud services, and artificial intelligence workloads. The purpose-built 22.5 MW data center spans approximately 249,000 square feet across a 17-acre site in Parker, Colorado, strengthening Flexential’s presence in the Denver technology market. Strategically located just one mile from Flexential’s existing Englewood facility, the Parker campus expands the company’s total Denver-area footprint to 49.4 MW of critical capacity across 759,000 square feet, creating a highly connected and scalable ecosystem for enterprise customers. Powered by CORE Electric Cooperative, the facility is engineered with advanced energy infrastructure and liquid-cooling readiness from the initial design phase, enabling support for high-density AI clusters, machine learning applications, and demanding enterprise compute environments. The campus is integrated with Flexential’s FlexAnywhere® platform, providing customers with access to a robust connectivity ecosystem and a 400G national network backbone designed for ultra-low latency performance. With advanced cooling capabilities, scalable power infrastructure, and enhanced interconnection options, the Parker Data Center Expansion positions Flexential to support the evolving requirements of hyperscale, cloud, and AI-driven digital workloads.
