Goodman Melbourne North Data Center Campus is a major hyperscale digital infrastructure development designed to deliver approximately 200 MW of critical IT capacity on a 14.2-hectare site at 80 Kinloch Court in Craigieburn, strategically positioned within Melbourne's rapidly expanding northern industrial corridor. Developed by Goodman Group, the purpose-built campus comprises two large-scale data center buildings integrated with dedicated office, operational, and customer support facilities, providing a scalable platform for hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI) deployments, enterprise IT environments, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.
