ITinSell Cloud La Ciotat Data Center: Tier IV Sovereign & HDS Hub in France

Status: Fully Operational Sovereign Cloud & Colocation Hub   |   Location: 785 Voie Antiope, Zone d'Activités Athélia III, 13600 La Ciotat, France

Project Overview

ITinSell Cloud’s La Ciotat Data Center is a flagship sovereign digital infrastructure facility located in the Athélia III industrial zone of La Ciotat, approximately 25 km east of Marseille, France. Originally developed as ASP Serveur and integrated into ITinSell Cloud in 2022, the facility spans approximately 4,000 m² and is engineered to Tier IV design specifications while complying with EN 50600 Class 4 standards for maximum resilience and operational reliability. Built on APC by Schneider Electric’s InfraStruXure (ISX) architecture, the data center supports high-density deployments of up to 14 kVA per rack, making it suitable for enterprise cloud platforms, virtualisation, artificial intelligence, and mission-critical business applications. The facility is HDS certified for hosting sensitive healthcare data and also provides secure infrastructure for financial institutions, government organisations, and enterprise customers through Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure. Powered entirely by 100% renewable electricity, the campus emphasizes sustainability while maintaining high levels of availability and security. Strategically positioned near Marseille’s globally connected subsea cable landing stations, the La Ciotat Data Center serves as an important gateway for low-latency connectivity between Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, enabling secure sovereign cloud services and high-performance digital infrastructure for regional and international customers.
