Developed as part of the broader JK Technology Park expansion by JK Land Holdings in partnership with associated joint-venture development entities, the project forms part of the high-density Arcola/Dulles data center submarket, an increasingly important concentration of digital infrastructure within Northern Virginia. The development is positioned adjacent to the PowerHouse Arcola cluster, providing access to an established data center ecosystem with regional power infrastructure, fiber connectivity, and supporting technology services. The facility is expected to connect to Dominion Energy's regional subtransmission network, providing the reliable electrical supply required for continuous data center operations. Its cooling strategy combines conventional air-cooled dry chiller infrastructure with readiness for direct-to-chip liquid cooling, providing flexibility as rack densities and thermal requirements increase.
