Status: Operational / Phased Active Expansion | Location: Av. Antoon Van Oss 1, 1120 Brussels, Belgium
KevlinX’s Brussels Data Center Campus, comprising the BRU01 and BRU02 facilities, is Belgium’s largest multi-tenant, carrier-neutral commercial digital infrastructure hub, strategically located in the northern Brussels-Capital Region. Designed to support the rapidly growing demand for hyperscale cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), and enterprise digital transformation, the campus delivers more than 32 MW of critical IT power across a purpose-built 25,400-square-metre site. Developed with scalability and operational resilience in mind, the campus provides flexible colocation solutions for hyperscale cloud providers, financial institutions, government organizations, telecommunications operators, and multinational enterprises requiring mission-critical infrastructure. The facilities are engineered to support ultra-high-density computing environments, accommodating rack power densities ranging from 60 kW to more than 150 kW per rack through advanced liquid cooling readiness, making the campus well suited for next-generation GPU clusters and AI workloads. Sustainability is central to the campus design, with operations powered entirely by 100% renewable energy and an industry-leading design Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.20, maximizing energy efficiency while reducing environmental impact. As a highly connected carrier-neutral platform, the campus provides resilient fiber connectivity and ultra-low-latency network access of less than five milliseconds to Europe’s major digital hubs, including London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt, enabling seamless hybrid and multi-cloud deployments. Combining sustainable operations, AI-ready infrastructure, exceptional connectivity, and scalable capacity, KevlinX’s Brussels Data Center Campus provides a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting the continued growth of cloud services, AI innovation, and enterprise digital ecosystems across Europe.
