Khazna AUH3 is a state-of-the-art hyperscale data center facility strategically located in Abu Dhabi, representing one of the newest and most advanced expansions within Khazna Data Centers' rapidly growing digital infrastructure portfolio. Designed to meet the increasing demand for cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and large-scale enterprise workloads, AUH3 delivers approximately 30 MW of critical IT capacity across a 21,000 m² campus featuring 12 modular data halls that enable flexible and phased deployment. The modular architecture allows customers to efficiently scale their infrastructure while maintaining high operational efficiency and reliability, making the facility suitable for hyperscale cloud providers, government organizations, financial institutions, and enterprises with mission-critical digital operations. Purpose-engineered for next-generation computing, AUH3 supports high-density rack deployments required for AI training clusters, machine learning platforms, big data analytics, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. The facility incorporates ultra-redundant electrical and mechanical infrastructure, resilient utility connections, backup power generation, advanced UPS systems, and energy-efficient cooling technologies that ensure continuous operation while optimizing energy performance. Multiple layers of physical security, including biometric access controls, comprehensive CCTV surveillance, and 24/7 security monitoring, safeguard customer infrastructure and sensitive data. Strategically positioned within Abu Dhabi's expanding digital ecosystem, AUH3 provides low-latency connectivity to major telecommunications networks, cloud service providers, internet exchanges, and regional fiber routes, enabling seamless interconnection across the UAE and international markets.
