The Lumen Portland 2 Data Center is a downtown edge colocation and network interconnection facility operated by Lumen Technologies, formerly known as CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications, at 707 SW Washington Avenue in Portland, Oregon, USA. Located within downtown Portland’s established telecommunications corridor, the facility provides strategically positioned urban colocation capacity with direct access to major carrier routes, regional fiber networks, and international connectivity infrastructure. The site spans approximately 4,663 square feet of total infrastructure space, including around 1,321 square feet of dedicated raised-floor white space, making it particularly suited to compact, high-value network and edge deployments.
