The Nxtra Tatu City Data Center Campus is a premier digital infrastructure asset under active deployment across a custom-configured site inside Kenya’s prominent Tatu City Special Economic Zone (SEZ). Built to serve as the largest single-facility carrier-neutral computing node in the East African region, this mega-campus is engineered explicitly to meet the heavy power footprints and dense thermal dissipation requirements generated by next-generation artificial intelligence configurations and enterprise hyperscale cloud workloads.  Advancing rapidly through structural building framing, foundation reinforcing, and core electrical line configurations in mid-2026, the facility serves as a vital anchor for regional data sovereignty and localized network expansion. By anchoring within a specialized Special Economic Zone just outside Nairobi's traditional metropolitan congestion points, Nxtra utilizes highly favorable tax frameworks and substantial industrial grid headroom. The facility provides multinational cloud layers, financial institutions, and public sector agencies with scalable compute blocks backed by ultra-low latency routing fabrics.
