ODATA QR03 Querétaro Data Center Campus: 300MW Hyperscale & AI Hub in Mexico

Status: Operational / Active Multi-Phase Development   |   Location: Carretera Estatal 431 - Los Cues km.5.8 Parque Industrial PyME 76246 Santiago de Querétaro Mexico

Project Overview

ODATA QR03 is a flagship 300 MW hyperscale data center campus strategically located within the PyME Industrial Park in El Marqués, Querétaro, Mexico, one of Latin America's fastest-growing digital infrastructure markets. Representing ODATA's largest and most advanced data center development in Mexico, the expansive 275,000-square-meter campus is planned to comprise five purpose-built multi-storey data centre buildings designed to meet the rapidly increasing capacity requirements of hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), enterprise IT, financial institutions, and digital service providers throughout Mexico and the broader Latin American region. The campus has been engineered to support next-generation high-density computing environments through the deployment of Aligned Data Centers' patented Delta³ (Delta Cube) waterless air-cooling technology, complemented by advanced direct-to-chip liquid cooling loops for AI and GPU-intensive workloads. This hybrid cooling architecture enables rack power densities exceeding 50 kW per rack while eliminating water evaporation during standard operating conditions, significantly improving sustainability and operational efficiency. Power is supplied through a dedicated high-voltage electrical substation connected directly to Mexico's Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) transmission network, ensuring reliable, scalable, and resilient energy delivery to support long-term campus expansion. The facility also provides diverse, low-latency fiber connectivity to major domestic telecommunications networks, internet exchanges, cloud platforms, and key U.S. data center hubs, enabling seamless cross-border digital services and hybrid cloud deployments. Designed with redundant electrical and mechanical infrastructure, enterprise-grade physical security, advanced environmental monitoring, and scalable modular architecture, ODATA QR03 offers a future-ready platform capable of supporting the region's accelerating digital transformation while delivering the performance, reliability, efficiency, and flexibility required by the world's leading hyperscale, cloud, AI, and enterprise customers.
