ODATA São Paulo Hyperscale Data Center Campus: 48MW+ AI-Ready Hub
Status: Fully Operational / Active Phased Expansion | Location: R. Herman, 02 - Industrial Anhangüera, Osasco, SP, 06276-030, Brazil
Project Overview
ODATA’s SP04/SP05 Hyperscale Data Center Campus in Osasco, Greater São Paulo, is a premier AI-ready digital infrastructure development and one of Latin America’s most advanced hyperscale data center campuses. Strategically located within the São Paulo metropolitan region, the facility delivers 48 MW of critical IT power across approximately 295,000 square feet of purpose-built data center space, providing scalable capacity for hyperscale cloud providers, content platforms, telecommunications operators, financial institutions, and multinational enterprises. The campus is specifically engineered to support artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), and other high-density compute environments, enabling customers to deploy next-generation GPU clusters and data-intensive workloads with exceptional operational efficiency. A defining feature of the campus is the implementation of Aligned Data Centers’ proprietary Delta³™ cooling technology, which captures heat directly at the source to maximize thermal efficiency while significantly reducing energy consumption. The infrastructure is also designed with direct liquid cooling readiness, supporting rack power densities exceeding 50 kW per rack to accommodate the growing demands of AI and hyperscale computing. Sustainability is central to the campus, with operations powered entirely by 100% renewable energy, helping customers achieve their environmental and carbon reduction objectives. As a carrier-neutral facility, SP04/SP05 provides resilient, path-diverse fiber connectivity to IX.br, Brazil’s largest internet exchange, along with direct access to major regional telecommunications networks, cloud service providers, and enterprise connectivity ecosystems. Combining hyperscale scalability, advanced cooling technology, renewable energy, and exceptional network connectivity, ODATA’s SP04/SP05 Campus serves as a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting cloud expansion, AI innovation, and digital transformation throughout Brazil and Latin America.
