Status: Under Development / Planned Hyperscale Expansion | Location: Gullatt Road, Fairburn, South Fulton County, GA 30268, United States
T5 Data Centers’ T5@Atlanta IV (ATL4) is a planned hyperscale digital infrastructure campus strategically located on a 91-acre site in Fairburn, South Fulton County, Georgia, one of the fastest-growing data center markets in North America. Designed to deliver up to 200 MW of scalable IT power capacity, the campus is purpose-built to meet the increasing demands of hyperscale cloud providers, enterprise customers, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. Developed with a flexible, phased expansion strategy, ATL4 is engineered to accommodate next-generation GPU clusters and high-density computing deployments while providing configurable N+1 and 2N electrical redundancy models to meet varying customer resilience requirements. The campus incorporates advanced cooling technologies, including a combination of high-efficiency air cooling and Direct-to-Chip liquid cooling capabilities, enabling support for increasingly power-dense AI workloads while optimizing energy efficiency and thermal performance. Sustainability is a key element of the development, with customers able to leverage clean renewable energy options available through Georgia Power to support corporate carbon reduction goals. Strategically positioned within the rapidly expanding Atlanta data center corridor, the campus also benefits from high-count dark fiber infrastructure, providing low-latency connectivity to Atlanta’s major carrier hotels, internet exchange points, cloud service providers, and regional fiber networks. Combining hyperscale scalability, resilient infrastructure, AI-ready cooling technologies, renewable energy options, and exceptional network connectivity, T5@Atlanta IV is designed to provide a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting the continued growth of cloud computing, AI innovation, and enterprise digital transformation across the southeastern United States.
