Princeton Digital Group MU2 Hyperscale Data Center Campus
Status: Under Construction | Location: Industrial Area Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Project Overview
Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has officially commenced construction of its new MU2 hyperscale data center campus on a strategically located 10-acre site in Navi Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in the company's long-term expansion strategy across India. Purpose-built to support the rapidly increasing demands of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, high-performance computing, and large-scale enterprise workloads, the five-story facility is engineered to accommodate next-generation high-density deployments required by global hyperscale cloud providers and digital enterprises. The MU2 campus will deliver approximately 18,880 square meters (203,220 square feet) of premium colocation space, featuring scalable power infrastructure, advanced cooling technologies, resilient network architecture, and flexible data hall designs capable of supporting modern GPU-intensive AI clusters and mission-critical applications. Strategically located within one of India's fastest-growing digital infrastructure hubs, the development strengthens PDG's presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region while complementing its operational 50MW MU1 campus in Airoli, creating a highly interconnected platform for customers seeking scalable and low-latency digital infrastructure. The project forms a key component of PDG's broader India growth strategy, which also includes major hyperscale developments in Chennai and Hyderabad, enabling the company to establish a nationwide network of AI-ready facilities. By combining world-class engineering, carrier-neutral connectivity, and future-ready infrastructure, the MU2 campus is positioned to support the accelerating digital transformation of enterprises, cloud providers, and AI innovators while reinforcing India's emergence as one of Asia's leading hyperscale data center markets.
