STT GDC Navi Mumbai Khairane AI Ready Data Center Expansion
Status: Early Construction & Site Development Phase | Location: TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Khairane Village, Navi Mumbai
Project Overview
Triggered by a strategic land acquisition valued at approximately ₹282 crore from Repro India Ltd., registered in mid-2026, STT GDC India is significantly expanding its footprint within Navi Mumbai's rapidly growing data center corridor. The acquisition of a 14,093-square-meter parcel in Khairane provides the company with a strategically located site to develop a next-generation hyperscale facility purpose-built for the era of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and high-performance digital infrastructure. The campus is being designed with ultra-high-density, AI-ready architecture capable of supporting advanced GPU clusters, large-scale AI training and inference workloads, enterprise cloud platforms, and mission-critical digital services. Its infrastructure will incorporate scalable power delivery systems, resilient network architecture, advanced cooling technologies, and flexible data hall configurations to accommodate the increasing power densities demanded by next-generation computing environments. Positioned close to Mumbai's major fiber routes, internet exchanges, and submarine cable landing stations, the facility will deliver ultra-low-latency connectivity to South Mumbai's financial district, enabling seamless operations for global hyperscale cloud providers, banking and financial institutions, fintech companies, content delivery networks, and enterprise customers. The expansion reinforces STT GDC India's long-term strategy of strengthening its presence in India's largest digital infrastructure market while creating future-ready capacity capable of supporting the country's accelerating adoption of AI, cloud services, digital transformation, and data-intensive enterprise applications.
