Pi Hyderabad Data Center: Enterprise Colocation & Cloud Hub in Financial District
Status: Operational / Active Enterprise Expansion | Location: 12th Floor, Vijaya Krishna Towers, Besides Fairfield by Marriott, Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032
Project Overview
Pi Hyderabad Data Center is a high-availability enterprise colocation and cloud facility strategically located in Gachibowli, at the heart of Hyderabad's premier Financial District and one of India's fastest-growing technology and business hubs. Operated by Pi DATACENTERS, the facility is purpose-built to provide secure, scalable, and resilient digital infrastructure for organizations across the banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), healthcare, IT/ITeS, government, manufacturing, e-commerce, and digital-native startup sectors. Engineered in accordance with Tier III design principles, the data center is designed to deliver 99.982% infrastructure availability through fully redundant power and cooling systems, ensuring continuous operation of mission-critical applications and business workloads. The facility supports high-density deployments with flexible rack power configurations ranging from 6 kW to 30 kW per rack, making it suitable for virtualization platforms, enterprise applications, cloud-native environments, and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. A robust 2N UPS architecture, redundant electrical distribution, advanced cooling infrastructure, precision environmental controls, and intelligent building management systems further enhance operational reliability and efficiency. Pi Hyderabad also offers carrier-neutral connectivity with access to multiple telecommunications providers, enabling low-latency network performance and resilient data transmission across India and international destinations. Integrated directly with Pi Cloud (Harbour1®), the facility enables seamless hybrid cloud, private cloud, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions, allowing enterprises to scale their digital operations efficiently. Comprehensive physical security, multi-layer access controls, 24/7 monitoring, and advanced fire detection and suppression systems ensure the protection of critical IT assets. As an important edge and regional cloud hub in South India, Pi Hyderabad Data Center provides a future-ready platform for enterprises seeking reliable, secure, and high-performance digital infrastructure to support ongoing digital transformation and business growth.
