Advancing cleanly into localized site design, utility routing, and pre-construction engineering in mid-2026, the Jamnagar mega-facility completely reimagines hyperscale deployments by relying entirely on a single-window asset model. Under the structured built-to-suit lease, Reliance Industries manages the complete lifecycle including architectural design, heavy civil engineering, and network loop integration, while Meta acts as the sole, long-term anchor tenant of the initial 168 MW computing block. Located strategically along Gujarat's western coast, the campus leverages adjacent industrial resources to bypass the intense local municipal grid strains and regulatory hurdles frequently blocking mega-scale AI training deployments in Western markets.
