Its location within the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) territory provides access to a broad regional electricity network, an important consideration for a campus planned at gigawatt scale. The development is also positioned near major power infrastructure, including Nebraska Public Power District's planned natural gas generation facilities, which could support the substantial electricity requirements associated with future high-density computing deployments. The campus master plan is intended to accommodate ultra-high-density compute workloads, reflecting the increasing power and thermal requirements of AI infrastructure compared with conventional data center environments.
