Serverfarm Israel Data Center (ISR1)

Status: Fully Operational Hyperscale & Cloud Gateway   |   Location: Hof Hasharon Regional Council, Bnei Zion 6091000 (North Tel Aviv Corridor), Israel

Project Overview

Serverfarm ISR1 is a premier 10 MW hyperscale and sovereign cloud data center strategically located in Bnei Zion (Hof HaSharon), Israel, approximately 10 miles (16 kilometers) north of Tel Aviv. Serving as Serverfarm's flagship facility in the Middle East, ISR1 provides a highly resilient and scalable digital infrastructure platform for hyperscale cloud providers, government organizations, financial institutions, telecommunications operators, multinational enterprises, and organizations with stringent data sovereignty and security requirements. The facility encompasses approximately 100,000 square feet of purpose-built technical space distributed across four high-performance data halls, offering flexible colocation solutions for mission-critical workloads, hybrid cloud deployments, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and high-performance computing (HPC) applications. Managed through Serverfarm's InCommand™ Data Center Management as a Service (DMaaS) platform, ISR1 leverages intelligent automation, real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and centralized infrastructure management to maximize operational efficiency, improve asset utilization, and enhance customer visibility into critical infrastructure performance. The campus is engineered with resilient utility power infrastructure, redundant electrical distribution systems, advanced cooling topologies capable of supporting high-density rack deployments, backup generation, intelligent environmental controls, and comprehensive fire detection and suppression technologies to ensure exceptional reliability and business continuity. Multi-layer physical security, including controlled access systems, continuous surveillance, and 24/7 operational support, safeguards mission-critical customer environments. As a carrier-neutral facility, ISR1 provides access to multiple telecommunications providers and diverse fiber connectivity, enabling secure, low-latency interconnection with domestic and international networks while supporting hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. Its strategic location near Israel's primary technology and innovation ecosystem allows organizations to deploy latency-sensitive digital services close to major enterprise, research, and financial markets. By combining sovereign cloud capabilities, AI-ready infrastructure, intelligent operations, scalable capacity, and resilient connectivity, Serverfarm ISR1 serves as a critical digital infrastructure asset supporting Israel's rapidly expanding cloud, enterprise, and next-generation computing ecosystem.
