STACK Infrastructure TOR01 Toronto: 56MW Canadian Hyperscale Campus
Status: Operational / Active Campus Expansion | Location: 3650 Danforth Ave, Scarborough, Toronto, ON M1N 2E8, Canada
Project Overview
STACK Infrastructure’s TOR01 Campus is a flagship 56 MW hyperscale data center development located in Scarborough, approximately six miles from downtown Toronto. Situated on a 19-acre site, the campus encompasses approximately 592,000 square feet of technical whitespace across three multi-story facilities, TOR01A, TOR01B, and TOR01C, and is purpose-built to support hyperscale cloud platforms, enterprise computing, and high-density artificial intelligence (AI) workloads. The campus is powered by 100% zero-carbon renewable energy supplied through contracted access with Toronto Hydro using three diverse substations, ensuring exceptional reliability and sustainability. Advanced cooling infrastructure includes closed-loop cooling systems and support for liquid-to-chip manifold cooling, enabling efficient operation of high-density AI and next-generation compute environments. The carrier-neutral campus provides diverse network connectivity with low-latency dark fiber links to Canada's primary carrier hotel at 151 Front Street, offering direct access to major regional, national, and international internet exchange points. Designed for scalability, resilience, and high performance, STACK Infrastructure’s TOR01 Campus combines renewable energy, advanced cooling technologies, and robust interconnection capabilities, making it one of Canada's premier destinations for cloud providers, AI deployments, and enterprise digital infrastructure.
