The facility spans approximately 25,000 square feet and is constructed with reinforced, windowless concrete infrastructure and fortified 15-foot ceilings, creating a hardened physical environment designed to protect critical IT equipment while supporting continuous data center operations. Its electrical infrastructure is built around dual Florida Power & Light utility feeds delivering 480V at 1,200A, providing separate utility pathways and increased resilience against electrical interruptions. The facility's power systems are further supported by Powerware and Liebert uninterruptible power supply modules, which provide conditioned and battery-backed electricity to critical equipment during utility disturbances. A 650 kW Caterpillar standby diesel generator provides additional emergency power capability, allowing essential infrastructure to remain operational during extended utility outages. The facility offers a flexible range of hosting and colocation configurations, including individual dedicated servers, complete server racks, and private secure cages, enabling customers to select an environment appropriate for their computing capacity, security, and deployment requirements. Environmental management is supported by multiple computer room air handling units designed to maintain appropriate operating conditions for sensitive IT equipment. Automatic fire suppression systems provide additional protection against fire-related incidents and help safeguard the facility's critical infrastructure. Network connectivity is another major component of the data center's design, with multi-homed BGP4 connectivity providing access to multiple carrier networks and reducing dependence on a single connectivity provider. The facility's network ecosystem includes connectivity from carriers such as Cogent, Level 3, AT&T, Comcast, and FPL Fibernet, giving customers access to diverse routing options and high-speed network paths. This carrier diversity can support low-latency connectivity and improve network resilience for business-critical applications, dedicated hosting environments, and enterprise workloads. By combining hardened construction, redundant utility infrastructure, UPS protection, standby generation, environmental controls, fire suppression, flexible colocation configurations, and multi-carrier BGP4 connectivity, the Stealth ISS facility provides an integrated platform for secure and reliable IT hosting.
