STT Fairview Manila Data Center Campus: 124MW Hyperscale Hub in Philippines

Status: Under Active Phased Development / Phase 1 Delivery   |   Location: 16 Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Project Overview

STT Fairview is ST Telemedia Global Data Centres’ flagship hyperscale digital infrastructure campus in Metro Manila and the largest carrier-neutral, sustainable data center development in the Philippines. Strategically located to support the country’s rapidly growing cloud and digital economy, the master-planned campus spans more than 83,000 square metres of gross floor area across four purpose-built data center buildings. Upon full completion, the campus will deliver 124 MW of critical IT power capacity, providing scalable infrastructure for hyperscale cloud providers, telecommunications operators, financial institutions, government agencies, content platforms, and multinational enterprises. Designed to support the next generation of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), high-performance computing (HPC), and enterprise cloud workloads, the campus incorporates resilient infrastructure with dual-diverse 115 kV utility substation connections, ensuring high levels of power availability and operational continuity. Advanced cooling systems include N+4 adiabatic air-cooled chillers and direct-to-chip liquid cooling readiness, enabling the deployment of high-density GPU clusters while maximizing energy efficiency and supporting future AI computing requirements. Sustainability is a key component of the development, with operations supported through renewable energy agreements that help reduce carbon emissions and align with customers’ environmental objectives. As a carrier-neutral campus, STT Fairview provides extensive fiber connectivity, serving as a major interconnection gateway for domestic telecommunications networks, international subsea cable systems, cloud service providers, and internet exchanges across Southeast Asia. Combining hyperscale scalability, resilient power infrastructure, AI-ready cooling technologies, renewable energy integration, and exceptional regional connectivity, STT Fairview provides a future-ready digital infrastructure platform supporting the continued growth of cloud computing, AI innovation, and digital transformation in the Philippines and across the Asia-Pacific region.
