Status: Under Construction / Phase 1 Operational | Location: No. 49, Sec. 4, Zhongyang Rd, Tucheng District, 236 New Taipei City, Taiwan
Ubilink Supercomputing AI Data Center is a purpose-built artificial intelligence and high-performance computing facility located at No. 49, Section 4, Zhongyang Road in Tucheng District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Developed by Ubilink, an AI infrastructure venture established by cloud gaming company Ubitus K.K. in partnership with Nvidia and local infrastructure investors, the facility is designed to support compute-intensive workloads associated with artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and graphics processing. Its positioning within the Tucheng technology corridor provides access to New Taipei City’s industrial, technology, telecommunications, and enterprise ecosystem, supporting organizations seeking dedicated computing infrastructure close to the Taipei metropolitan market. The facility operates as an AI-as-a-Service environment, allowing enterprises and technology developers to access high-performance computing resources without building and maintaining their own specialized AI infrastructure. Its computing environment is suited to workloads such as LLM training and inference, deep learning, model development, data processing, scientific computing, and advanced graphics rendering, all of which require substantial accelerated computing capacity. The facility’s relationship with Nvidia is particularly relevant to its AI infrastructure strategy, as GPU-accelerated systems are increasingly used for training and deploying complex machine learning models. Its supercomputing capabilities can also support cloud gaming and graphics-intensive applications that require high-throughput processing and low-latency resource access. By combining dedicated AI computing capacity with cloud-oriented service delivery, Ubilink provides an infrastructure platform for enterprises across Taiwan and the wider Asia-Pacific region seeking scalable access to accelerated computing resources. The facility contributes to Taiwan’s expanding AI data center ecosystem, where increasing demand for GPU infrastructure, LLM development, generative AI applications, and high-performance computing is creating new requirements for power, cooling, networking, and specialized data center design.
