Developed to address the increasing infrastructure requirements of hyperscale cloud providers, artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, high-performance computing (HPC) environments, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives, the campus is designed as a next-generation, scalable digital infrastructure platform capable of supporting future growth. Strategically located in the Cardiff region, the facility benefits from South Wales' abundant electrical grid capacity, access to renewable energy resources, and proximity to major international subsea cable systems that provide low-latency connectivity between the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America. Built in accordance with VIRTUS' advanced engineering and operational standards, the campus incorporates resilient utility power infrastructure, redundant electrical distribution, high-efficiency cooling technologies, intelligent building management systems, and comprehensive fire detection and suppression systems to ensure continuous availability for mission-critical workloads.
