Jointly developed by **Yondr Group** and **Cerberus Capital Management**, the project adds significant capacity to Yondr’s expanding **Northern Virginia digital infrastructure footprint**, one of the world’s most established data center markets. The greenfield facility is master-planned for approximately **72.0 MW of total capacity** and is engineered specifically to support the growing requirements of **large-scale enterprise, cloud, and high-density artificial intelligence (AI) workloads**. The campus is positioned to address increasing demand for advanced computing infrastructure in a submarket where access to suitable sites and near-term electrical capacity can be highly constrained. Its development strategy incorporates **modular, high-efficiency data center architectures**, allowing infrastructure to be deployed and scaled in alignment with customer requirements while supporting operational efficiency.
