Project Overview

The DataBank Project Indo (Cartersville Campus) is a proposed $2.4 billion, 1.1 million-square-foot hyperscale-ready data center development situated at 218 Industrial Park Road, Cartersville, Bartow County, Georgia 30121, USA. Developed by DataBank Holdings Ltd., the 69-acre site represents DataBank’s largest flagship development footprint in the greater Atlanta data center market, providing a substantial platform for the region’s expanding digital infrastructure requirements. The multi-building campus is engineered to accommodate the increasing demands of high-density computing, cloud services, and artificial intelligence (AI) workloads, with the master plan providing approximately 200 MW of total IT load. Its large-scale configuration is intended to support multiple phases of data center development while providing the capacity and infrastructure required for hyperscale and other demanding computing environments. Electrical infrastructure is being coordinated through MEAG Power and the City of Cartersville Electric System, with an applied utility capacity connection of up to 288 MW supporting the campus’s substantial energy requirements.
