5C Data Centers is a North American digital infrastructure developer and operator focused on hyperscale, AI and high performance computing facilities. The company was acquired by Hypertec Cloud in 2025, forming the current 5C platform. Its portfolio includes data center developments in Columbus, Ohio; Memphis, Tennessee; Phoenix, Arizona; Charlotte, North Carolina and other U.S. markets. 5C's current roadmap includes more than 2 GW of U.S. capacity, with facilities designed for high density GPU deployments and advanced air, direct-to-chip and immersion cooling. Its Memphis AI Factory, developed with Together AI, uses NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems and liquid cooled infrastructure. The company also secured more than US$1.4 billion in financing in 2026 to expand North American AI infrastructure.
