AKASHI Data Center PLC is a Kazakhstan-based data center developer and operator headquartered in Astana. Established in 2023, the company is developing an 11-hectare data center campus designed around four data center buildings with up to 100MW of dedicated power and 4,224 racks. The facility is positioned as Central Asia’s first Tier IV data center and is designed for hyperscale, AI/ML, cloud, FinTech, enterprise and government workloads. Its infrastructure includes redundant 110kV power connections, high-density and liquid-cooling capabilities, and connectivity to four independent optical entries. AKASHI also works with technology and connectivity partners including China Mobile International.
