Apto Digital Infrastructure, commonly known as Apto, is a European hyperscale data center developer and operator focused on delivering built-to-suit digital infrastructure across high-growth markets. The company specializes in securing development sites, power capacity, permits, and infrastructure required for large-scale cloud and AI deployments. Apto has announced a major campus in Lacchiarella, near Milan, Italy, covering 228,000 square meters with planned power capacity of 300 MVA and an investment of €3 billion. The campus is planned to include up to five standalone data centers designed for high-density workloads. Apto is also developing a hyperscale data center project in Athens, Greece, expanding its European digital infrastructure portfolio.
