Beacon Data Centers is a North American digital infrastructure developer focused on large-scale data centers for AI and cloud computing. Founded in 2023 by Nadia Partners, the company takes an energy-first approach, securing land, power, connectivity and permitting early in the development process. Beacon's portfolio spans the United States and Canada, with more than 10 sites in development representing over 6 GW of planned capacity. Its projects include campuses in Alberta, New Brunswick, Texas, California and Alabama. The company develops infrastructure designed for hyperscale and high-density computing workloads, combining grid connections, on-site generation, renewable energy integration and storage to support scalable and resilient digital infrastructure.
