China Mobile International, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Mobile, develops international digital infrastructure spanning data centers, cloud connectivity, submarine cables and global network services. Its data center footprint includes facilities in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Frankfurt and San Jose, with additional development in Malaysia. The company operates the London Slough data center, which has received Tier III certifications from Uptime Institute. CMI has also developed the Singapore data center and expanded international IDC resources through partnerships. China Mobile reported 1,270 cooperative data centers worldwide at the end of 2024, while CMI continues expanding infrastructure supporting cloud, enterprise, AI and international connectivity services.
