Circe Energy, LLC is a U.S. energy and digital infrastructure company developing behind-the-meter power systems and AI data center campuses. Founded in 2023, the company combines site control, natural gas generation, microgrid architecture, fuel supply and HPC-ready powered shells to accelerate data center deployment. Its flagship West Texas AI Infrastructure Campus spans approximately 1,950 acres in the Permian Basin and is designed for gigawatt-scale AI and high-performance computing development. Circe plans phased energization beginning in 2027, with its campus targeting up to 1.1 GW by 2030. The company has also ordered approximately 2 GW of natural gas generation capacity from Cummins.
