Coravel is a global digital infrastructure platform created by ACS Group and Global Infrastructure Partners, part of BlackRock, to develop and operate next-generation data centers. The company integrates power strategy, site origination, design, construction, capital, and operations to deliver infrastructure for hyperscalers, AI companies, and enterprises. Coravel launched with a 1.7 GW development portfolio representing 1.2 GW of IT load across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Its Dallas-Fort Worth campus in Texas includes three purpose-built facilities covered by a major hyperscaler agreement for approximately 140 MW of critical IT load, with expansion rights for additional facilities.
