DC Estate Malpica, S.L. is a Spanish special purpose vehicle established to hold and develop the DC Malpica AI data center project in Mora, Toledo, Spain. The company was incorporated in October 2025 with activities covering data processing infrastructure, hosting, and the development, construction, management and operation of data centers. The project is planned as a 300 MW AI ready data center development and is structured for Ready to Build status. Edgemode identified DC Estate Malpica as the project's SPV and developer. In June 2026, Edgemode entered a non binding offer for the potential sale of 100% of the SPV to Spark AI Foundry Holdings.
