DC POWER BN1 Co., Ltd. is a Thai data center development company established in 2023 as a joint venture between STECON Power, SITEM Corporation and MyTelehaus. STECON Power holds a 60% stake, while SITEM and MyTelehaus each hold 20%. The company is developing a four building data center campus along Bangna Trat Road in Bangkok, Thailand. The project is planned to provide approximately 24 MW of IT load and is designed as a built to suit facility. The development has a reported investment value of more than THB 7.2 billion. DC POWER BN1 focuses on providing land and buildings for data center customers and remains associated with the project during construction.
