Dover DC is an Australian data center infrastructure development and delivery partner focused on developing digital infrastructure projects from feasibility through approvals, funding, construction, and delivery. Its principal current project is the South Morang Data Centre Project in Melbourne's northern growth corridor. The development comprises SM1A, designed for up to 120 MW, and SM1B, designed for up to 200 MW, providing a combined potential capacity of 320 MW. SM1A has received planning approval, while SM1B is progressing through the Victorian planning process. The sites are adjacent to the South Morang Terminal Station, supporting direct access to major electricity infrastructure.
