Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure is Ferrovial’s dedicated business line for developing and investing in data center assets. Established in 2024, it covers the development lifecycle from powered land acquisition and design through construction, operation, and maintenance. Its current portfolio includes data center campuses in Alcobendas, Madrid, and Warsaw, Poland. The Madrid campus is planned as a multi phase development with approximately €1 billion of total investment, while the first MAD01 phase is planned at 60 MW, including 40 MW of IT load. In Warsaw, Ferrovial acquired land and infrastructure rights for a future data center campus. Ferrovial also has prior experience constructing facilities for Telefónica and Microsoft.
