Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP is an India-based infrastructure developer planning a large hyperscale artificial intelligence data center park in Telangana. The proposed Fortune Data Center Park is planned across approximately 170 acres in Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, within the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region. The company has announced an initial investment of ₹60,000 crore, with total investment potentially reaching ₹1 lakh crore. The campus is planned to support approximately 1,200MW to 1,600MW of IT load through four hyperscale modules. Its development includes a proposed 2,000 MVA power allocation, treated greywater, closed-loop cooling and long-term solar and wind procurement.
