Global Technical Realty is a European build to suit data center developer and operator focused on hyperscale, cloud and AI infrastructure. Backed by KKR and Oak Hill Capital, GTR develops bespoke facilities from site acquisition and funding through design, construction and operations. Its completed GB One campus in Slough, UK provides 40.5 MW across three data centers and is fully leased. GTR is also developing GB Two in Southall, West London, a planned 256 MW IT campus comprising four AI ready data centers. Other projects include the 10.6 MW IS One facility in Petah Tikva, Israel, and data center development activity in Barcelona and Zurich.
