Grupo Azora

Grupo Azora is a Spanish real asset investment and asset management firm founded in Madrid in 2003. The company invests across residential, hospitality, commercial real estate, logistics, infrastructure, and climate solutions in Europe and the United States. Azora has expanded into digital infrastructure through platforms focused on data centers. In 2024, it partnered with Core Capital to create Quetta Data Centers, targeting a network of six edge data centers in Spain. Azora is also developing the Tillion Data Centers platform, including a major data center campus in Villamayor de Gállego, Zaragoza, planned to reach up to 300 MW. The company's strategy focuses on identifying long-term megatrends and transforming real assets accordingly.
