Project Overview

The Tillion Aragón Data Center Campus is a major 300 MW hyperscale data center development by Azora through its subsidiary platform, Tillion Data Centres, located on approximately 80 hectares in Villamayor de Gállego near Zaragoza, Spain. The project represents a potential core infrastructure investment of up to €1.95 billion, approximately $2.1 billion, and is being developed to address the rapidly increasing demand for high-density artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other data-intensive workloads. Its substantial planned power capacity is intended to support dense computing environments, including advanced GPU clusters and next-generation AI infrastructure requiring significant electrical and cooling resources. The campus’s large land footprint provides sufficient space for extensive data center buildings, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, and supporting facilities, while also allowing capacity to be developed progressively as market demand increases. The project has been designated as a Project of General Interest (DIGA) by the Government of Aragón, highlighting its strategic importance to the region’s economic and digital infrastructure development.
