Grupo VDR, also known as Vías y Obras de la Ribera S.A., is a Spanish construction and infrastructure company headquartered in Pamplona, Navarra. Founded in 2001, the company has experience across residential, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and other building projects. VDR is expanding into large-scale digital infrastructure through the development of Campus Data Navarra in Gazólaz, near Pamplona. The planned campus is designed to provide 300 MW of capacity across four buildings, with an estimated investment of €3.3 billion. The project is being developed with Colliers and technical design support from Quark, part of Sener Group. Campus Data Navarra is planned to support AI, cloud computing, telecommunications, and high-performance computing workloads.
