GS AI Infrastructure is a wholly owned subsidiary established by GS Holdings in South Korea to develop and operate large-scale artificial intelligence data center infrastructure. Established in June 2026, the company is responsible for the design, construction, operation, and leasing of AI data centers. GS AI Infrastructure is leveraging the broader GS Group’s capabilities in power generation, construction, engineering, cooling, and infrastructure operations. Its major development is a planned 2.4 GW AI data center campus in Donghae, Gangwon Province, with 1.2 GW targeted for completion in 2028 and another 1.2 GW planned for 2029. The project represents a KRW 30 trillion investment.
