IronGate Data Centers is a Minnesota based data center developer and operator focused on secure colocation and high density computing infrastructure. The company has launched three AI data center systems with more than 25 MW of capacity, including MSP 01, MSP 02 and MSP 03 in the Minneapolis market. Its portfolio also includes facilities in Woodbury, Eagan and Minneapolis, with additional presence in Warren, Michigan. IronGate states that its infrastructure supports liquid cooled and advanced air cooled environments for next generation AI workloads. The company has also been associated with a proposed 33 MW data center project in Elk River, Minnesota, although that application was withdrawn in July 2026.
