Founded in 1987, the company develops, builds, owns, and manages commercial, industrial, residential, and other properties. It has completed more than 850 design/build projects and owns or operates approximately 7 million square feet of commercial and industrial space. J.G. Petrucci has expanded into digital infrastructure with its planned Allentown Flex Center data center in Pennsylvania. The 100 MW facility is planned at 1024 N. Bradford Street and is expected to span approximately 146,000 square feet, with construction anticipated to begin in 2027.
