Latos Data Centres is a UK digital infrastructure developer founded in 2021 and headquartered in Stockton-on-Tees. The company develops purpose-built, Tier III-aligned data centres ranging from neural edge facilities to hyperscale campuses, with a focus on AI and high-density computing. Latos is building its first AI-focused facility at Preston Farm in Stockton-on-Tees, a £100 million project with up to 9.5 MW of IT capacity. The company is also progressing a hyperscale facility near Cardiff and a proposed neural edge data centre in Manchester. Latos plans a broader UK network, combining renewable energy, advanced cooling, high-capacity connectivity and scalable infrastructure for AI workloads.
