Nation Data Center (NDC) is a French data center developer and operator owned by Altarea Group. The company develops regional facilities focused on sovereign data hosting, colocation, enterprise IT and secure digital infrastructure. Its operational portfolio includes NDC Rennes 1, a 3 MW facility in Noyal-sur-Vilaine, and NDC Rennes 2 in Mordelles, with 720 kW of installed IT capacity and expansion potential to 1.36 MW. Further projects include NDC Rouen, designed for 14 MW, and NDC Paris 1, planned for 7 MW and high-density AI workloads. NDC emphasizes renewable energy, water-efficient cooling and waste heat recovery to support sustainable infrastructure development across France.
